It was down another pound on Wednesday morning before my binge that night and my mini binge last night!! Yesterday was such a good day up until then...I had gone for a walk/run, I drank lots of water and I voted!! I closed out my diary...then I started snacking! I blame my husband...he didn't get home until 9:30 pm!
Don't get me wrong....I am down a pound, so I am thrilled!!! Next week, the 150's!!!2 -

Yeah, with being away all week, it sure would be hard to stay on track with eating and exercise. Some of that will be sodium induced, so drink up!! This week you are at home, so back on track, like you said!!! You got this!!1 -

Exercise: Received a huge file cabinet for my office and unpacked it and moved it around my office twice before finally getting it where I wanted it. It weighs 200 pounds. But a good workout in the process. Also did 4753 Steps in 35 minutes. whoo hoo.

Good morning, Team Big Butt Theory!!! It is Sunday, the start of a new week and the start of week #3 in the June challenge! I kind of fell off the wagon on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but it wasn't terrible until Saturday!! So I need to just get back to basics....eat what I normally eat, and find my routine again. Sunday is the most routine day in my week, so I will have a good place to start!! How did everyone else's week go?1

Well last week was not good for me, as my previous posts stated. It didn’t get any better. I think I just used it all as an excuse to keep going.
My food intake wasn’t terrible, not the greatest choices always, but not the binge eating like I used to do in 2017. And I got plenty of exercise. Being in Philadelphia most of the week meant lots of walking and I cleaned the house yesterday. But being that I was in Philly for beer week events with company partners meant lots of free alcohol. I am really worried what all those empty calories are going to do to the scale.
One thing for sure, I am mentally and physically ready to get back to my healthy ways. Going to use this Sunday to start the week right in all ways.1 -
