I feel like a broken record but even though I've been under my calories I've been eating a lot of junk food and not drinking enough water so I'm worried about tomorrow's weigh in. Tomorrow I'm going to try to get back into a good exercise routine!

    Mini Challenge June 9
    Tracking: Yes
    Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes This was a work night for me so I walked laps around the patient halls. 10 laps is one mile so 18 laps before midnight

    June 10
    Tracking: Yes
    Calories: Yes
Exercise: Yes At 4 am to keep the boredom at bay 15 laps around the halls. My co-workers are laughing at me "going in circles" while they are yawning and complaining of being tired, no one wanted to join me. Their loss. Or maybe I should say my loss as I am walking away the excess. :D

Since you have to be there, and you have to be awake, you might as well get some steps in!!!

I am running out of adjectives, Kate!! Another exceptional loss, as the result of another great week of being committed to exercising and eating at a deficit!! (Your little "up" from last week never stood a chance of surviving!!)

Well, it looks like you had a GREAT weekend. A visit from family AND a pound lost!!! Maybe you didn't like your food choices for the long term, but for a weekend it was okay!!
