So I'll probably be weighing in on Tuesday or something, but meanwhile I just wanted to talk about the effects OMAD has had on me mentally and whatnot.
Previous to OMAD, I felt like I was just always hungry. I'd eat a meal and 2 hours later I was ready to eat again. After being on OMAD for nearly 3 weeks now, I can say that I am not hungry throughout most of the day, and if I do get hungry, it's gone in 10 minutes. I am also satisfied with my meals faster. I went to cheesecake factory with the family today, and as you know, their food is quite high in calories. I couldn't even finish the rest of the pasta & chicken that I ordered, which my family even thought was weird as I was always the person eating my dish and the rest of everyone else's dishes
My energy levels are more stable throughout the day which is also awesome. I'm able to hit the gym and lift heavy weights with no issues and my strength has stayed consistent.
I can definitely see myself doing OMAD for a very, very long time.
Thanks to everyone for the support5 -
OMAD is a bio hack used by elite athletes today. Lifting heavy weights hyped up on natural HGH and Testosterone production? Oh yeah.2

This is excellent. Always respect the low-grade ketosis OMAD gives (that "I'm not too hungry" feeling at meals). That is what dictates your success and future appetite control. The more ravenous you are at the meal, the more out of control your insulin. So this is a GREAT sign!2 -
Great job1

Weighed in for the week this morning. I had a loss of 1.2 KG (2.64 pounds) this week, which is great.
My jeans are starting to get loose, my work pants need to be tightened more with a belt, and I can definitely see some weight loss in my face.
Others around me have also noticed my weight loss and asked me what I've been doing, and I just said I'm eating less calories because I'd rather not explain the OMAD lifestyle
I probably ate slightly more calories this week than the other weeks as I went out with the family to eat 3 times, and when you're having restaurant food without labeled calories, it's a mystery how much oil or butter can be in some of the stuff. Once ramadan/eid season is over then I will be in more control over my food since there will be no reason to go out to eat so many times in a week. I also enjoy cooking for myself and find it relaxing to do after a gym session.
Eid holiday is coming up in Dubai so I will likely have my splurge day on Eid, since I am trying to do a splurge every two weeks.
Also WOOHOO! finally under 150 KG again. Next goal: 135 KG (300 Pounds)
MY WEIGHT:
May 21 - 153 KG (336.6 Pounds)
May 28 - 151.5 KG (333.3 Pounds)
June 5 - 150 KG (330.6 Pounds)
June 12 - 148.8 KG (328 Pounds)5 -

Current image of me below, hopefully will update whenever I make progress.
So I'm planning to weigh in on wednesday to track progress, however today in the gym I realized that I was wearing the same clothes as in my original post of this thread so I decided to take a picture to compare. The original picture on this thread kinda sucks and the towel is in the way, however I do still see a difference. I look less puffy in general from the weight that I have lost.
I don't think I did very well this week on my diet due to Eid holidays which lasted like 3 days, therefore I'm not expecting the same level of weight loss. Will see if that's true on wednesday. Eid only occurs twice a week though so I'm not too worried
Thanks for the support everyone
