    Happy 4th of July to those from the USA.
    I think I'll have to join all you England supporters in the world cup now that Australia is out :)

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes 15kms of running and a Pilates class!

    Happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans!!! I am in New York so the firworks here are amazing in Manhattan (if you can get there!) I am going to take it easy at the beach and get some swimming in. Enjoy your day everyone!

    3 x yes for today, was soooo tired this morning but 20 mins with Leslie Sansone got me going, 10 mins quigong, 35 min yoga, 75 min cleaning, 20 min brisk walk before dinner

    July 4
    Exercised: 12000 steps including a long walk with my dog and some Active stretching.
    Calories: 38 Calories left, really had a hard time getting all my protein in today but i managed somehow.

    Stayed under calories: Yes, resisted the free wine and only had a few tempura-fried courgettes and a couple of sticks of the fried mozzarella. ..

    YES - walked to and from work and did my first cycle in the cycling club I joined! It was great!!!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES - even with a big spud for lunch!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES - easy to do mon-fri. It’s the weekends that get slippy!

    A good day! Procrastinated for a bit, but got a really intense workout done before noon, walked some, gardened some, cooled down in the pond. It is not easy to go really hard when this hot (Canadians are wimpy about heat, I'll grant you), but it sure feels good to get it done!
    Tracked, well within goal and still could has a nice beer this evening. Enjoy the fireworks tonight across the border, y'all!

    Im going to go ahead and take my first pass day.
    I did walk alot today,including a 2.2 mile walk with my dog. Ive walked over 10,000 steps
    I probably was within my caleries,but since i did splurg on several things today thats why im doing a pass day.
    I did log everything too.

    Exercise: yes. weights-upper body. 20 min HIIT and 20k steps today to make up for the chocolate I ate.

    Stayed within calorie budget: yes even though I didn't make the best food choices. I'll plan better tomorrow

    Lots of children visiting the farm today. I spent 2. 5 horses walking with my horse, Charlie, as he gave rides to lots of kids. A day with kids and horses is my favorite day.
    Tomorrow, we have lots more family coming to visit. It should be another fun day.

    Hope everyone in the US has had a good 4th of July! And hope everyone else has had a good day too of course. I tracked everything and stayed under my calorie goal. I got my exercise in by walking around the waterfront in my city where we had a firework showing and some bands playing. I even managed to fit a beer into my calorie budget. ;P Got over 11,000 steps today.
