Happy Friday the 13th Team!!
I'd like to talk a little bit about goals today. I'd like to share with you a goal of mine. Some of you may know what Olympic Weightlifting is and what the movements are specific to that sport. I have been training to compete in that sport for about 7 months now. For the first 6 months, I really pushed myself to gain muscle so I could lift more. I was pretty sure I had achieved that goal and gained muscle because the stubborn scale wouldn't move, but towards the end of that 6 months, I was struggling because I was facing a lot of fatigue, the weights were heavier than I've ever lifted and I decided to make a change and focus on getting my weight down, because ultimately, to be competitive, I need to be a lot closer to 140. To make a long story short, I have had a goal of 125 lbs for my Clean and Jerk and I couldn't make it past 115 lbs. Today, I hit that goal. I can't believe it. And today of all days, it wasn't even on my to-do list today.
Just wanted to share, because if you set a goal, you can achieve it. It may take longer than you want it to, but if you want it and work hard enough, you WILL get there.

First emotional eating day in 2 months...a day before weigh in lol. Well..
It's a one year anniversary so hopefully the emotional eating will be one year too.

Exercise kayaked for 2 hours on a lake
First thing i ate all day was a jr frosty and then the rest of the day my stomach was off. Couldn’t finish my grilled chicken at lunch or the dinner I made! Getting hungry now but afraid to eat!1 -

Goals/Day: Every Sunday we take 5 year old to rugby so can vary. Didn't track but I hope today will be good. I am going to track everyday this week here and in my diary. My goal today is to stay under 1400 calories

Exercise: no. 2 years ago I started enjoying the exercise bike. But after 2 MC and a baby I find it hard I know I can do it but it's difficult getting there.
