I have definitely experienced massive water weight after a Chinese food meal. At home I use a reduced sodium soy sauce, and I now find the full salt version far too salty for my taste. It can take me a week or more to recover after a bad salt reaction. I hope your recovery is speedy.
Yep. it was totally the salt. I had a good loss this morning. Hey, I learned something... salt is not your friend lol1 -

You might have hit on your perfect number,when added to all other liquids you consume during the day: coffee, juice, milk, tea, pop, or liquid foods like soup. I have noticed that if I push too hard on drinking plain water on one day (when I'm not really thirsty), I'm frequently lower in water intake the next day, as in I cannot drink another drop or I'll barf.0 -
