This whole week was not great at all. Been wearing a cast for my left foot and the medication just makes me bummed out. Hopefully this week, I can do better.2 -

Wahoooooo! Water weight is gone and it took some friends along with it!!
My next goal is ONEDERLAND! I turn 35 at the end of September, how cool would it be to celebrate at my lowest adult weight? (I think I was under 200 lbs for a split second in my middle 20s, hahaha) I'm feeling reinspired and motivated. Yay 😄7 -

GAAAAHH! well I did my best to stay under calories/IF/huge deficit... and workouts everyday... but stay-cation included 3 dinners at restaurants... and here's the aftermath. I also changed meds 2 weeks ago and not sure how that factors into water weight gain yet---SIGH.... moving on to our September Challenge and hoping to shed this asap!!
@AB0215 Ashley, can I switch weigh in days?? I'd like to do Fridays if possible... that's my least hectic morning (I hope).4 -
