@AB0215 Ashley, can I switch weigh in days?? I'd like to do Fridays if possible... that's my least hectic morning (I hope).
@SLIMn2016 You can switch, I'm assuming that you want to switch for September then.
Yes...for September ...so today's weigh in would be my starting weight for September? And I'd weigh in on the 7th?? Or would this Friday be my last weigh in?? I've confused myself again--0 -

@SLIMn2016 Your first weigh in would be Sept 7th, today's weight will be the starting for September.0 -

Exercise: Yes. Got 2.5 miles walking in today.
Felt good about getting a few miles in. I just walked. No jogging. Really I took it easy today. Took one son to his soccer game. Spent some time with my mom after church. Enjoyed the day with the family, even though with the heat index it was 105! I think I sweated more today than all year!
Happy Sunday! See you all tomorrow!0 -

I was really hoping for a huge drop this week. We went backpacking for the first time and while my carb counts weren't perfect, my calories were great and I got tons of exercise(hiked 8 miles on day one with my pack, and 4 miles each on days 2 and 3). I think my body may be healing from that new exercise and holding a little water from the long car ride. We just got home last night.
But, I am proud of myself for trying something new. I don't think I could have gotten as much accomplished 40lbs ago.2 -

I was really hoping to lose more but a loss is a loss. @AB0215 I was wondering if I can switch my weigh in days to Wednesday for the September challenge?3 -

@momma3times Awesome loss!!
Weight loss isn't linear, it's entirely possible you're holding onto more water with the added activity, hang in there, you still did great and have nothing to be upset about.1 -

I will switch your weigh in day to Wednesday for September so your first weigh in will be Sept 5th.1 -

@BEASTFIELD314 Good to know, I usually just re-purpose my messed up posts, like I have to post in the other groups too and I tend to have too many MFP windows open at once and post in the wrong window so I try to save face and post something inspirational before anyone notices lol. So if you see 2 posts in a row, usually it means I messed up lol.1 -

Yep. Even if it is past the 1 hour mark, you can still flag it for removal.

Hiking! I’ve only done it the one time but I’m so excited to go again this Saturday! By far one of the hardest exercises I have ever done and the accomplished feeling I got at the top of the mountain and then again when we made it back to the truck was so incredible! I just gotta remember the sunscreen 😬😖1 -

Mostly wishing I had eaten as well as I am now long ago so I'd have lost my weight when I was much younger. Also, group x classes, rowing, stairs.a_petersen09 wrote: »Hiking!
