That was a much better weigh in than expected! The average is taking its time to come down, but I imagine it will start moving soon.1 -

Numbers are heading in the right direction. I've been more consistent about drinking a ton of water and going to bed at a reasonable hour, and I think that's actually helping, at least in how I feel. Took another home pregnancy test on Monday, 3 weeks after the loss, and yup it's still pregnant, which makes me mad and frustrated. I'm certain that's contributing to my body holding onto water and fat stores.1 -

My Average is coming down, so yay! I have done my 7 minute workout challenge every day except last night. I was making appetizers for a work lunch event and ran out of time before bed. So I guess I'll be doing a double today to make up, lol. Just 1 more lb. to before goal. I hope 133 comes back to stick around a while!1 -

I had a sodium laden day on Tuesday which resulted in some water weight on yesterday’s official weigh in. I actually met my September target today, so I am very pleased!

Weight continued downward trend. Fell off the wagon on tracking. Weight stabilized. Dipped as low as 119 in the past couple of weeks but seem to be holding steady right around 121 (where my trend is? No....lol). Getting back on with tracking. Only able to make the gym 2x a week now with schooling and kids activities and, well, life. Hoping that doesn't hurt me in the long run. Just got to make those 2 trips count. And get some other activity in the meantime, like the trampoline park or something.0 -

I'm late for my last check in for September and kind of blew off last week. I sprained my anke stepping on a pothole at Walmart last week... That has kind of killed my motivation to work out.. Yeah I can do sit-ups and stuff til it heals, but eh. Better to just rest, and stick to walking (hobbling) IMO. It's better this week, so by next I should be back in fighting condition! On the plus side, my average continues to come down. So here's to a good October!
