    Happy Sunday everyone :) Today starts the 4th and final week of September! I don't know about the rest of you but this month just flew by for me! Let's all pull together and finish the month off strong with great losses for everyone!! We've got this!!

    Goals or day: Was a good day, went out of town to visit some family and that was about it.

    Tracked food so far yes I have tracked my food
    Exercise 45 minutes on the elliptical tonight and 15 minutes of stomach exercises. My stomach is the part that I am the most ashamed about.
    I am so excited about October, I have a really good feeling that by the end of October I can get into Onederland! I would be happy with 199.99 as long as I get there next month :)

    Goals or day: goal is to try to stick to the plan and not have any cheat days all week.
