15 pounds down, 25 to go! I dropped the half pound early in the week, and was hoping to drop more, but I wasn't able to make it to my muay thai classes this week. Monday it was closed due to the federal holiday, on Wednesday I worked late and one of our pups got sick in the house (she's fine... just a one-time upset stomach), and then Friday was my work's Octoberfest picnic. I ate non-keto at the picnic... two beers (in addition to some wine), and many big handfuls of delicious kettlecorn (popcorn is one thing I really wish was keto!!!), though I did not have buns with my brats. At this rate, I don't think I'll hit 158 by the end of the month like I wanted to, but I will get there at some point.4 -

Hey peeps! I've been meaning to take a few minutes to sit down to post. My life has gotten very busy. I joined our PTO board and my free time is just so limited now. I am always running around doing all the things. I'm still keeping my meals Keto, but it just hasn't been a big focus for me. I'm lucky I can even get a home cooked meal on the table every night. I'm not weighing myself every morning because, but more like 2 or 3 times a week. I do occasionally have a meal with my family, because that's what I want, then go back to LC foods. What I've been paying most attention to is how I am feeling daily, and how my clothes are fitting. Although I've been at 169-171 for over a month now, in that time I went down another size (to a 10) which was my size when I graduated High School. I do want to put more focus on what I eat over the next few months though because I don't want to fall into the Holiday trap. So that's my goal, to check in EVERY SINGLE WEEK. This month is my anniversary and birthday, so I'm not expecting much, except to NOT go up a dress size.
Hope you're all well!9 -

After a week I have lost 2 pounds. I’m pretty happy since that is a healthy weight loss. I haven’t broken my Keto diet or IF for a week and I’m still going strong. I def. feel less bloated in my tummy area. Here’s to another week3 -

Just got back from my vacation a few days ago and still adjusting to the time difference. I've been feeling a bit under the weather so I have not done much of working out. Vacation was great and celebrating my Birthday with my sisters was the best of all. I stayed on plan with one little unplanned cheat- I had a fresh chocolate pastry at a little cafe, but I enjoyed every single bite. I didn't see much difference on scale the last two weeks but I can definitely tell that my cloths fit a lot looser. In fact, some of my cloths didn't make the trip back because I didn't think I will ever want to wear them again.
No I'm back to - "I have nothing to wear" stage lol2 -
@Everyonelies Don't be disappointed. Not every week is going to be a huge loss. 1lb is still 1lb. I've had weeks as low at 0 lbs and as high as 6lbs. I'm down 36 lbs now in total. Focus on the big picture and bear in mind that weight loss isn't linear.
When you burn fat your fat cells will full with water because your body dosnt want to lose those cells in case you need them, and eventually they will flush. Be patient with your body, stay disaplined and you will get there. ❤6 -

I'm in goal range now (145 +-5) and have increased my carbs to net<100. As long as this keeps me in ketosis (which I'll judge by appetite suppression) than this will be my lifestyle for life. Looking forward to many many more happy years.9 -

I'm happy there wasn't a gain. NSV for me this week, I'm down 5 pants sizes! I went clothes shopping on Friday and started trying on pants and kept going down in sizes until I found one that fit well. Woot woot! I haven't been this size since I was in high school! But I'm still no where near done. Keto on, everyone!10 -

I failed to weigh myself today before coffee and breakfast. I’ve been teetering within the same pound all week (this being the highest). I’ve not started exercising yet, which is my goal. I am below my ultimate goal of 145, so size is what matters now. I’ll get there, I know I will4 -
Hi everyone! I'm new to this group. I weigh in on Saturdays, but will add my weight here every Sunday.

My weight is exactly the same this week, but I am okay with that, as I had half a slice of cake on Friday afternoon, and was over my carbs on Saturday. I was expecting to gain a bit, to be honest. I was out of ketosis on Saturday morning, and again on Sunday morning. I was fat adapted for almost 2 months, so I am hoping to get back into ketosis by the end of the week.
I had adjusted my macros, too. I was 70/20/10, and now am 75/20/5. I'd really like to break 170 by the end of the month (or comfortably button and zip a size 12 jeans)!

@Everyonelies sorry to hear about the disappointment; but sounds like you have had a rough week (due to other issues not related to eating patterns). As mentioned earlier, a pound is a pound. hopefully you feel better this week0

@eggfooyamyam thank you for the mug cake recipe (apologies on the tardiness of my reply)
for the almond flour/coconut flour mixture, do you shake it (or do some other form of increasing the chance that as you scoop out the flour that you keep that ratio)?0 -

YAY!!!! Finally!!! I weigh myself compulsively usually every day in the morning and at night and I was getting disappointed because I wasn’t eating perfectly within the ratios this week, but still under ~40 g carbs, and my weight was fluctuating so much this week! But I’m happy I weighed myself today (Saturday was a rough day so Sunday’s weigh in was full of water weight) now that I’m in the 150s, my goal definitely seems more within reach! I know my weight fluctuates a lot, but I can tell my clothes are fitting a little better already. I know with my weight loss that I tend to fluctuate so much, so I want to make sure I stay in the 150s for a while- even if I hang out here around 158 - before I officially can say this is what I weigh. But yay keto! Thank you for paying off!!!! And PS, I am officially back in “healthy” BMI range (which I know that measurement isn’t accurate!!! But I hate going to the doctor and having them tell me I’m “overweight” due to my BMI)!2 -
