The good news, Marion, is that you lost a little weight!! The really good news is that, because your weigh-in day is Saturday, you have a whole week before you have to officially weigh-in. (The Challenge runs Sunday to Saturday). Your first official weigh-in day is Saturday the 10th!! Just think how much more you can lose in a week!!
The Mini Challenge also runs Sunday to Saturday, so today, Sunday the 4th, is the first day of the Mini Challenge!!
Getting an early start to gain momentum towards my year end goal . Whoop whoop 😉1 -

If you forget to put it into pounds, it's not a problem. Being Canadian, my calculator has metric conversions on it!!0 -
Mini Challenge
5/11/18
Tracking = Yes
Calories = Yes, Calorie Deficit= 885
EX = Rest day on BWE so did a leg day + 5541 steps
Day = Planned well today, made soup at the weekend and it's only 200 cal. Had that for lunch and conserved for tonight which I knew would be difficult (fireworks, pizza and hotdogs etc.) but I got really lucky because our guests ate everything! Feel good, don't think I'm losing but resisting temptation to get on the scales until Friday because I know it's not helpful for me. Plan for tomorrow - get more steps in (no office tomorrow!) and more fresh fruit.3 -

Fireworks? Is it a holiday where you are? Yeah, I don't get on the scales either if I think the number will be up because of an event. It's not good for the psyche. Like you, I would wait a few days!!0 -

November 5 - Mini Challenge - Day 2
*logged? Yesss!
*stayed under? I was over by 200 calories , but the fact that I’m logging everything including the bad things is a win for me. Usually if I don’t do as good as I should , I don’t log it and give up. Now that I’m logging everything , it’s eye opening for me!
*exercised? I worked for 6.5 hours on my feet.
Due to me always being on my feet at work , I get so drained by the end of the day that I don’t wanna do anymore.2 -

Yes, you should be happy with your small loss!! Anytime you are away from home for a while, it becomes a challenge! Well done!!2 -

Yes, I have heard that is is acting up. I tried to log in on my phone last night and discovered what people are saying about it. I do 99.99% on my laptop, and even that wasn't perfect...it would sporadically say the site was down for maintenance. So, I totally get why logging your food was darn near impossible!
On the very bright side....you lost 0.4 of a pound, which put you into the 2's!!! Congratulations on reaching this milestone!!!2 -

Congratulations on logging your food...the good and the bad!! Like you said, it is an eye opener!! And doing it everyday, especially in the beginning, will help it to become a habit.
I get that you would feel drained after having been on your feet all day. There is a difference between being on your feet, and being active, so without knowing more details, I can't comment whether I think you are doing enough, or should be trying to do more (for weight loss, for the mini challenge (which is about losing weight) or just for your general health). You don't need formal exercise to lose weight....what you eat is the most important factor!!2 -

Monday, November 6th
logged food: yes
under calories: yes

Monday, November 6th
logged food: yes
under calories: yes
exercise: yes (60 min body sculpt class, 60 min stretching Hatha yoga)
steps: 9,893, thought about walking around the house to get to 10k but - didn't happen,
water: lots but I should start measuring
Today Tuesday is the first day I haven't lost any weight. Yes I weigh myself every morning - I can't help myself . . .
I was having some feta cheese and the container states a 3 cm (centimeter) cube is 60 calories. I was thinking it was 3cm by 3 cm by 3 cm. My husband thinks it means 3cm by 1 cm by 1 cm. So he thinks it means 3 cm Cubed. Any thoughts? It's a big difference in calories 60 calories versus 540 calories?1 -

Mini Challenge
6/11/18
Tracking = Yes
Calories = Yes, Calorie Deficit= 1486
EX = BWE + went for a run! + 7586 steps
Day = Still not sleeping and I’m sure it’s the key to shedding this weight, I broke last night, despite my best efforts and stepped on the scale, as expected, still not losing anything, even though I feel very different. I was up and out early after a sensible breakfast – started my morning with a short run and a nice long walk. Lunch on the road and I was good! Had a grilled chicken salad wrap. The rest of the evening has been rather uneventful. I do have lots of food ready for tomorrow though3 -
