Exercise? YESSIR. Not as much as I wanted, though. I walked into the gym intending to jog for 20 minutes, then run another attempt at my bench press 1RM, then do a quick 20 minute total body weights session. Got in, got on the treadmill, and a gym buddy appeared, and he wanted to talk. So I got a 10 minute jog, failed attempt at a 1RM, and 15 minutes of attempting to lift some things. Not ideal. Walked a slightly longer way into work following the sun, though, so not too many complaints.
Calories? So far, so good. Going to a fancy dinner tonight so today is hopefully going to be Miso, Sugar Free Hot Chocolate, Coffee, and looooooooooots of water
Tracking? Again, so far, so good.
T-minus 2 hours until I walk outta here. I can do this. I CAN DO THIS. Going on a gorgeous all-day hike tomorrow (so possibly a good thing I couldn't run properly this morning!)7 -

Not in the best mood but I acknowledge that eating everything in sight isn't going to make it better. I should be racing Sunday and but won't as I'm not really fit to race yet, got physio next week though so something will start moving.9 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes! We walked to the doctor's surgery for our flu shots, then home throughnour local park. I go to in most of my steps for today.

I have real issues with sleeping and take a sleeping aid and a 10 mg. melatonin at night. I was also having a diet Coke every day in the afternoon. Well, I gave up the diet Coke a week or so ago and started sleeping so much better. Yesterday, I had a cup of coffee in the afternoon and I was awake with my mind racing for over an hour last night. So, I guess it's decaf for me from now on!6 -

@TeresaW1020 I have the same problem with caffeine after noon. I no longer metabolize it quickly so it blocks my sleep cycle. I have to avoid caffeine in the afternoon and evening.

I am feeling so good about being consistent about logging my food daily. It really is keeping me on track. And "I" feel so much better physcially too when I am not overeating. I am really happy to be part of this group.3
