Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

@TeresaW1020 I have the same problem with caffeine after noon. I no longer metabolize it quickly so it blocks my sleep cycle. I have to avoid caffeine in the afternoon and evening.

@TeresaW1020 I've always stopped talking caffeine at 2pm otherwise I can't sleep. Can't even have "coffee" desserts (like tiramisu) at night. Glad you figured it out for yourself. Insomnia is a *kitten*

    Yes, walked on the treadmill
    Yes, under my calories
    Yes, logged my calories

I am feeling so good about being consistent about logging my food daily. It really is keeping me on track. And "I" feel so much better physcially too when I am not overeating. I am really happy to be part of this group. :)
