I could have answered yes to all (without eating the pre-supper exercise calories, and no after-supper snack) if I had chosen. After reading for a while after super, I did more bouncercizing, and had a snack.3 -

another pass! i was doing well the first part of the day and then i ended up eating 6 tortillas and two biscuits lmao. not sure what it is about autumn/winter, rainy/cold/gloomy weather and daylight savings that drives me to binging on carbs. i need to start drinking more tea if i need the coziness/comfort
but i am so appreciative of this group! the support & understanding-attitude brings such a positive energy around us and makes me want to stay even though I'm not doing so well this month and i'm so proud of everyone else, cuz in a world full of negativity & people taking awful care of themselves (as well as being mean to other people & the earth), it's so nice to see a community of strangers come together and make healthy influences
i'm gonna make it my goal this week to be more mindful & stay on track as much as i can, because it's in my power to make healthy choices no matter what's going on in my life. just gotta take baby steps!!6 -
