    I think I did pretty well over Halloween and bonfire night. Made some keto desserts and had some treat meals like a burger with keto bun and liver patty for bonfires. Heavenly strawberry cream pie for dessert. Kept within my limits.

    I hope to be at or lower than 9 stone 5 (132) by Xmas eve.

    I plan on cheating for the 3 days around Xmas, New years then my birthday on the 9th Jan. I know I'll gain a bit, but these things are once a year. I haven't anything worth cheating for until maybe Easter. In-between and after it's keto all the way. Anyone else cheating on Xmas?

    @larkspur94 Yup. Absolutely; there are pies that I make once or twice a year (Thanksgiving & Christmas). Will I make the usual 2 - 4 for each holiday? Probably not; but I will still make and eat one per holiday.

    (Loss of 25” and 24.6 Lbs!)

    Next goals:
    10/19 - 185 - SUCCESS!!! On the 18th I saw 185.8 for the first time since Aug 2016! Then on the morning of the 19th my body surprised me by dropping to 184.8!!! I’m so very happy!
    12/17 - 175 - changing this to 179 as 175 seems unrealistic with my body’s current trajectory. I’ve been plateaued for quite a while.
    1/01 - 179 (My goal is to not gain over Christmas!)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145

    End of October weight: 10/28 - 184.8! I’ve been holding steady at this weight for nearly 3 weeks now. At least it’s not gone up!

    I’ve changed my weigh ins to Thursday’s now:

    The scale read 158 on Friday, so at this point I consider myself halfway to my goal!!! I'm feeling really good about my progress, and looking forward to losing the last 20. This week will be difficult, but with IFing, some workouts, and time, I will not let myself regress for more than the time it takes to shed the water weight.

    Speaking of IF, it always seems hard the first week after dropping several pounds. My hunger is up a bit more than usual, but I know it will change once I hit a plateau. Today we are doing a friendsgiving dinner, so I am IFing in preparation for that. I stopped eating/drinking at 8:30pm, and we are due over at our friends' place at 4:30pm. I know they will have the wine and cheese out, so that will make it a 20 hour fast for me. Should help to combat the calories and carbs I take in. Speaking of which, my green tea is ready.

    Not too concerned over the weight today. Was at 142.8kg earlier in the week, and then did my 2 heavy carb days to see how I could handle recovery. Coming in at just 100g up in weight after those 2 days is fine by me. My first carb days in 125+ days and back on track, testing completed. Since I'm so close to my yearly goal, I'm not sweating the small stuff.
