    Well not a good week. Too many ‘socializing’ days and days I did not exercise. My weight went up then down during the week.
    I started tracking a few days but didn’t finish when it got complicated.
    I will try to stick with it this week (although Saturday and Sunday will be challenging!)

    Basically a maintain in a week with many social events....I'd call that a win!

    Tracking = Yes
    Calories = Yes
    EX = Yoga, 35 mins
    Day = Another sitting down day, feeling battered and sore and tired today. Made the best use of my calories with a well gauged portion of cheese pie accompanied by LOADS of veg to fill me up and I feel good after that and yoga. Less battered for sure, more pampered now 😊

    What a rough week I have been having. My TOM is due today and it seems I have been overly hungry the past couple of days because of it. I haven't been going over much (about 100 each time) but it an over is over. Once my period starts I should get right back into being in control
