    Hi, I am Alice and I need some kicks to get me to make time to lose weight and exercise. I have stayed about 10 to 30 pounds overweight for 2 years now. I was just going back at my weight log ins.

    I'll weigh in the morning, but about 170. OMG, I can't believe I'm saying that.
    I hate to get out and be seen. I avoid people, parties, and places. Of course, that makes it even harder to lose.
