    Exercise: 30 mins of snow shoveling
    Water Challenge: 75 oz
    Goals or day: Woke up to about 3ft of snow in my driveway this morning...winters really here :'( My SO did most of the shoveling and I just finished up what he had left. A year ago I would have needed to take multiple breaks doing the bit that I did, but tonight I didn't need any breaks and it wasn't nearly as hard...yay for another NSV this week!!!

    Anyone have any NSV's that they would like to share? I'd love to hear them :)

    Been going extra hard at the gym and sticking to my calories but I haven't been drinking my water so fingers crossed and more hydrating for next week.

    Water Challenge: 25 oz? Really can't remember
    Goals or day: Was a hectic day. Son woke up at 3am throwing up. Threw up again later in the day, started to get a fever and diarrhea, so ended up taking him to the hospital (I worry easily because of his medical conditions). He still has a bit of a head cold and now the stomach virus but all else was good!

    I've had a lot of up and down weeks myself so I know the frustration..just need to keep sticking with it and it will turn around again!! :smile:

    @GloriaE2016 Today would be your week 2 weigh in, which I will use your current weight (168.7) for. Congrats on your loss!! As for week 1, it's already completed and results are out.
