    Goal: to have a light and early dinner. Nope, got home late and bought Thai takeout on the way. Portion size was huge and I finished all of it because hungry and late dinner :/

    @Honey5 @MaryContrary1972 & @rekvar12 I'm right there with you tonight! I'm still way under calories because I didn't have time to eat much today, but when I came home my go-to choice was PB&J and a half a bag of popcorn :# BUT!!....tomorrow is near!
    @Starshine15 I'm glad you feel like you are up to exercising again! Just don't overdo it after having the crud!

    Goals/Day: My baby is feeling better thank goodness. He slept all night last night and he took a long 2 hr nap today so I was able to catch up on things around the house. I Indulged in brownie and ice cream tonight. Ate light today so I could though, but I was over on sugar today.

    Exercise: no-I don't know how I am going to keep up with exercise on this new schedule. They tell me that I MIGHT get Friday off....that will put me at 8 consecutive 12hr shifts. You really DON'T want a sleepy 911 dispatch. We really need some new people.
    Daily goal; Scrap my iron throne and replace it with a cushy divan. I wouldn't know if it were tomorrow already.

    @Honey5 are you getting enough to eat throughout the day? Is there anyway you can pack snacks or extra lunch to keep you from being so hungry whenever you get home.
    @cdavisdeva you deserved that brownie and ice cream. I would rather work all my work shifts together than have a sick baby. I'm so glad that he is feeling better!

    I was,-1.1 earlier this week but parties are challenging.Another today,I will TRY.harder

    @MaryContrary1972 Congrats on making that goal and getting on that bike today!
    @rekvar12 I think that is the whole point of logging on mfp. You can see, where, what, and when you're eating and can identify and break those patterns that can be detrimental! Good job in identifying a possible problem spot in your diet so that you can keep an eye on it. Great day all around too!
    @ghy5 Great job today too! I'm slightly jealous of the water classes...I wish I could go swimming right now!
    @Honey5 are your calories over throughout the day or are you coming home really hungry again? Is there any pattern that you can identify?
    @Suezq72760 nope, you can't outrun your fork, but I think that you have stayed in a deficit the whole week so you should be good!

    Exercise: no, I spent my lunch break trying to nap. Apparently, I am just going to work 72hrs a week until some new hire passes the test for dispatch. I thought that I was going to get tomorrow off...nope. Looked at next week....no day off. :/
    Daily goal:Go find "One Eyed Willie's" pirate ship that was loosed in the San Fran bay sometime in the 80's by a group of degenerate kids. Tomorrow, today, whatever.
