Day = Still sorting the house out, forgot all about breakfast sadly so I'm way under calories today. Going out to sort Christmas gifts tomorrow so I must remember to avoid the delicious Christmas coffees!4 -

Had a pretty decent week. Logged each day, went over calorie limit two of the days. Exercised most days due to having a foster dog which needs to be tired out.
