Our Sunday lunch is our special meal of the week.
This week I had corned beef & cabbage.
I didn't measure the cabbage
I ate about a 1/4 of the cabbage head & 8 oz beef
maybe a 1/4 stick of butter, n' sf ice tea. (Great meal)

I wasn't hungry, so I skipped diner. At bedtime I was
back to 81.
