    I missed weigh in yesterday. Took my husband to the ER at 2am yesterday and didn’t get home until 3pm. I weighed this morning, so I will post it. Unfortunately I didn’t remember until after I ate breakfast and had a waterlogged head of hair from showering.

    I almost skipped today’s weigh in thinking I knew it would be bad and that it wouldn’t be great psychologically to see it. But then I thought that it is what it is and I want to know where I’m starting from for next week. Up two pounds today which is not shocking at all. My parents were in town this week and we had Christmas celebrations and wine and cookies, etc. It is what it is. And I’m back at regular mode, not holiday mode, today.
