We had to give the puppy back. He was flaring my asthma really bad. He's already found a new home though so I guess that's a plus. He'll always be our little Hagrid though.
I have no idea what is going on with my weight this week. My diet and exercise haven't changed. I started feeling extremely bloated Wednesday thru Saturday. Sunday it was a bit better though. No idea what is causing it. Water retention maybe?0 -
Hey @BrownieKitty12345 -- Water retention could totally cause a bounce. Maybe drink more and ease off on salty snacks, if you are eating them?0

I'm with my brother tonight. Our family friend that grew up like a brother and lived with us for a couple of years committed suicide this morning. My brother is a wreck right now and I will be with him for a while. I will check in in the morning, but I might be quiet for a day or two until my brother gets over the initial shock.1

@daynacrd I'm gonna be right there with you too this week. The first part, I kinda had an excuse with David dying and we had to rush out of town and eating fast food and snacks on the way and at the hotel. But....yesterday there was no excuse. I just came home and devoured everything in sight. Tuesday will be the day of truth for me

Seriously no idea what is going on with my weight. If it keeps climbing this week I plan to go to the doctor. I'm eating low sodium and I am counting calories.0 -

Are you weighing your food or just eyeballing it? I have to weigh everything. I don't use measuring cups either and I am very picky about entries from the database....there are a LOT of incorrect and out of date ones.0 -

I use a digital food scale. Right now I'm chalking it up to bad pms but I've never gained more than three pounds with it.1
