I thought about taking a pass day so I could have a poutine at the rink during my son's hockey practice. However, I'll be using a pass day on Friday and possibly Saturday (away tournament) so I have none to spare.5 -

Yes x3. Prelogged my day knowing supper was going to be (deliciously) high calorie. It helped me keep my afternoon snack in check. Did 20 minutes of lower body strength and was hoping to get a bit of cardio in but it never happened.5

Exercise: Started with a 20 minutes treadmill walk at 4 mph, then a 35 minute back/core strengthening routine. I'm getting a bit better with the exercises. Not pretty , but better.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep -- 45 minutes of strength training this morning -- lots of upper body reps, followed by leg ISO holds. It was a good burn all over!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Loved reading all the NSVs -- it is so important to celebrate every single one of them, no matter how small they may seem. I know they are what keep me going when the going gets tough.4 -
