    And this makes it pass day #3. I just didn't feel like exercising tbh. Just couldn't bring myself to do it.

    Oh well, only 10 more days in January.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- sunny yet chilly 3 mile run this morning. Ending the day with over 19,000 steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    Thanks for posting about the gymnast! So great.
    I had s rough weekend, made some unhealthy choices. Did some soul searching and figuring out why. Back on track today.

    Exercise: Yes. An hour of lifting plus over 2 hours of full court basketball.

    Calories: No. Loss of self control with chips and queso at Mexican restaurant doomed me today.

    That is the spirit of this group! The fact that we used more than 3 passes does not stop us from posting to maintain our good habits. We do not take out all our china plates and break them because we mistakenly broke one of them! :D LOL

    I have missed more than 2 weeks but I will keep posting for the rest of the month!
