We are entering our second week of sub-zero Fahrenheit temperatures.

Short walk before going to my fathers for his birthday. My fathers birthday is on Australia day, and we have a holiday for it Monday.
Late night as was preparing for a drone race.

Designed the drone track used for todays race. Raced well. Made lap times I was happy with. I finished 8th out of 8th for the day in my division. To be fair I had just stepped up to the top division, after winning the second top division last season. I was expecting this result.
Also have now taken over the secretary's role in the drone racing club (as the existing secretary stepped down). It is a needed change and hopefully I can help steer the club out of it's present difficulties with membership and public perception. Fortunately the club is OK financially, so no need to find extra on that front.

Today was the last "red" day on my program. My coach marks the most intense phases of training with colors so today was the last red. Next week is all green until the race...weeeewww...I nearly didn't make it today. The last 10k progressive run was a close call.
Spent the rest of the day at home doing admin, so tired.7 -

DId I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 1 hour 45 minutes strength training, and a 90 minute Hatha yoga class with a musician soothing us to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. The vibration in the room from the bowls was amazing!!!

Exercise- No, I got plenty of steps in but nothing with intention. Sunday is typically my day of rest and this week Iโm going to use my third pass day to let my muscles recover from an intense workout yesterday.
Calories- Should be under by a few. I pre logged the rest of my evening. I might abuse my pass and add in some peanut butter.
Logging- Yes, Iโm obsessive about tracking. I think thatโs a good thing?

I went to an engagement party at my church today and of course, there were two tables loaded down with tasty food. I didn't touch any of the food and only stayed long enough to the happy couple and wish them well. Then I came home for my healthy Kodiak pancakes and turkey sausages. I'm getting in that Winner's Circle!!5 -
Yes x 3. Temps did not get as warm as forecast, but did row 20 min, weights gor an hour, and what is starting to be my morning ritual of 30 minutes snow removal. Hopefully can ride tomorrow, since the Arctic chill starts arriving on Tues

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Did I ever! 1 hr 45 minutes total "active play time" jogging on the new mini-trampoline. (25 minutes "on the Island / 50 minutes "around Vienna" / 30 minutes "on the Island spending the banked points earned while jogging around Vienna)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I pre-logged to 1 Net Calorie inside the Green PRE-exercice, then burned 348 calories that I am not eating back

I donโt know a lot of people with a January wedding date!
Yes x3 today. Family movie date to see โSmall Footโ this afternoon (it was cute!) and convinced the hubby that the popcorn wasnโt worth it. It never makes either of us feel good and the salt is too much.

Even though it was our anniversary, both Rose and I ate thoughtfully and healthy. Rose is in very good health and she is an active winter-time hiker in the AZ desert. She came home this weekend and hopes to fly back to Phoenix tomorrow. The weather prediction is not very nice.
