Happy anniversary!!! Yes, it's been extremely cold here in Southern Wisconsin and we are supposed to get 8-12 inches of snow tonight/tomorrow.3 -
Even though it was our anniversary, both Rose and I ate thoughtfully and healthy. Rose is in very good health and she is an active winter-time hiker in the AZ desert. She came home this weekend and hopes to fly back to Phoenix tomorrow. The weather prediction is not very nice.

GOAL!!! I will be starting the February challenge officially in maintenance
Needless to say, I am very pleased. This challenge has been extremely helpful over the past 4 months as the rate if weight loss slowed down. I am looking forward to continuing on as I figure out how to live in maimtenance.

EXERCISE: Yes. Ran half marathon distance in a personal record time of 1:40:38.
CALORIES: Under by 363. 178g protein. Over on carbs, which was a bit necessary after the long run.
TRACKED: Yes. Especially the post-run Gatorade and pastry.1 -
