    02/07 - 214.40 (OMAD Day 04) -0.10 lbs O/N *1,210 CALS* 6g C/64g F/143g P (24 HR FAST)
Looks like things have slowed down a bit meaning that it is time to "shake things up" with a 42 HOUR FAST. What that means simply is that I will skip my OMAD today at 1:00 PM and the next meal I will have will be at 8:00 AM on Friday. After that, I will settle back into eating my OMAD meal at 1:00 PM on Saturday and then the same for Sunday. This will allow me to get enough in reserves before I put in the next full 42 hour fast. Of course, if I still show a loss on Monday I will continue on with my OMAD meal at 1:00 PM. I will continue the routine until things slow down again.

NICE! I love all the different ways we can make OMAD work for us! Your method would be tough for me, but HEY looks like it's working wonders for ya!

Just goes to show - play with it, and make it work for YOU! :)

    02/08 - 211.50 (OMAD Day 05) -2.90 lbs O/N *100 CALS* 0g C/10g F/0g P (42 HR FAST)
Just an unbelievable O/N loss! I feel great that I was able to get my first full fast under my belt, I just never expected this kind of result. It was a little difficult later in the evening and I did not have my best night of sleep, but I made it through.

Very pleased to see the cheat meter move down to a dark YELLOW meaning I am in deeper ketosis now. Now is the time to refill the tank reserves and get ready for the next extended fast. Depending on how things go it could be as soon as Sunday or at the beginning of next week. It depends on when things start to slow down. I would expect to give some of this back tomorrow, though hopefully not too much. I really feel good waking up this morning and I am ready to break my fast with the following meal.
    • (3) oz of Sardines
    • (4) Slices of Bacon
    • (5) Scrambled Eggs
    • (12) oz T-Bone
This comes in at just over 1,500 CALS so a little higher than my typical OMAD meal. I usually allow that when breaking the fast. I will be back down to my typical 1,250 meal tomorrow.

    02/09 - 211.90 (OMAD Day 06) +0.50 lbs O/N *2,296 CALS* 132g C/121g F/172g P
Very happy that I did not give much back from breaking my extended fast. In fact, I am thrilled with the overnight results. I extended my feeding window a bit and what is not shown in the picture is about 750 additional calories (some that were a little higher in CARBS than I usually eat).

NOTE: A lesson I will take from this is that I need to keep my meal no EARLIER than midday as to keep hunger in control later in the day. Eating my meal in the morning just adds more stress at the end of the day. When coming off a an extended fast I can hold on for a few more hours. This will make all extended fasts 48 hours instead of 42 hours going forward.

So now I am back to my normal feeding window of 1:00 PM closer to zero carbs and about 1,250 calories. It will be interesting to see how my body reacts once I go back to the more base eating pattern. If it is like last time this extended fast will continue to pay dividends until the losses begin to slow down. At such time I will engage in another 42-48 hour fast and continue the cycle.

Cheat meter is back green again which is expected with a higher carb count than usual. Again, not too concerned and really only tracking this to see if I can get it back to RED as I did before where I had 30+ days in a row.

You are doing so well! :) Keep up the good work! I know what you mean about keeping your meal no earlier than mid-day. Take care! :)

    02/10 - 213.60 (OMAD Day 07) +1.70 lbs O/N *2,009 CALS* 103g C/87g F/197g P
A heck of an overnight bounce. I did end up eating more calories over the course of the last 2 days since my extended (42 hours) fast and it looks like its finally catching up to me. Also for the second day in a row, I ate a little something (750 CALS) outside of my OMAD window, which just cannot continue. For all of these reasons today I will continue my fast for the full day, ending it tomorrow at 1:00 PM.

    02/11 - 211.40 (OMAD Day 08) -2.10 lbs O/N *100 CALS* 0g C/10g F/0g P (40 HOUR FAST)
I was able to recapture my losses from the past extended fast as well as a little more. This time my plan is to eat clean the 2 days I spend refilling my tank. This means around 1,250 calories and close to zero carbs with NO eating beyond my single meal at 1:00 PM. By the time I break this fast later today, it will have been a full 40 HOUR FAST. Still no budge on the cheat meter but oh well.

    02/12 - 212.20 (OMAD Day 08) +0.80 lbs O/N *1,272 CALS* 1g C/73g F/133g P
I gave back more than I expected after sticking to my OMAD with no add-ons. I think what I will try today is a meal that is lower in fat yet higher in protein to see if I can get some of that back before putting in another full 48 HOUR FAST on Wednesday. Nice to see the cheat meter has me deeper in Ketosis with a strong yellow color.
