In February, my goal is to get under 200 and to introduce my body back to cardio.
2/07-So far, doing good ok. I can tell I'm losing inches, not a lot of #s though. I can see 199 in the near distance though, and I'm going to make it by golly

Hello Keto family, Second week pretty bad for me I am not on keto due to work, meetings cant able to manage I had cheat days, the only positive thing is I did OMAD and 32-hour fasting in the second week. My scale increased 100grms I have to be more careful will be back on full strict keto.

well: what the has happened to me I don't know. I'm just not in the zone. Every morning I'm yes, I've got this and then every evening I blow it ahhhhhhhh! There are all the excuses we've been away we've had friends round etc etc but when I did this before the same situation was there, i didn't live like a hermit. I'm still well off what I was when I started but isn't weird that I feel really gross when I'm 20lbs less than what I was when I started yet I feel like a bloated pig! Still doesn't make me stick to it though.................maybe today.......

Back in the losing column for this week, 0.6 pounds. I’ve lost weight every week this year except one (Super Bowl week). The amazing thing about that is I have only logged food for two days this year. I’ve been doing keto and participating on this forum for 401 days as of today. I wouldn’t consider myself an expert on keto, but I do believe I’ve got a pretty good handle on my experiment of one. So, I’ve decided to try to eat intuitively without being a slave to my food log.
For my experiment of one, this has worked for me for the first 6 weeks of this year. I really feel like keto is becoming a Way Of Existing (WOE) instead of a diet plan. My WOE includes an 18/6 fasting/eating window. However, I managed to blend in with my family and friends non-keto WOEs. I no longer feel weird or feel I must defend or explain my WOE to others, because results speak for them self.
That said, there is still work for me to do. I’m approaching healthy stats, healing from injuries and improving my keto WOE each day. Hope to check in next “Valentines” week with another weight loss.

I've come to the realization that, as much as I love my muay thai classes, the schedule is not working for me (twice a week later in the evening). With my job and other things going on, I need more flexibility, because I'm missing some classes. I'm bummed about it, but better to recognize when something isn't working and take action, than keep doing the same thing and hoping for change. I'm joining the Gold's Gym that's a bit over a mile away, and is something I can easily hit up right after work for group classes and other exercise. Wish me luck and more dropped pounds!6 -

I like where Im at right now. I upped my protein 50g and cut back on fat 10g this month. That upped my cal. to 2250 and that seems like a perfect place for me right now. Im lossing at the rate I want.
Starting my 12 week workout program today. Going to see what my wieght loss will be this week. If its to low I may need to up the protein 20g and fat 8g.

Well, looks (and feels) like I am on a little plateau. Trying to remind myself that these things happen and that this will end just as they always do. I have been getting a lot more exercise the last few weeks and I remember again why exercise isn't just good for the body - I mentally and emotionally feel so much better when I get outdoors and get my heart pumping.
Today is my 36th birthday and I am excited for what this next year brings.

So I was off the bandwagon for most of Dec 2019. I was away in France and celebrating the holidays with loved ones. I put back on about 10lbs (of the 26 I’d lost) and have lost nearly 4 of those lbs so far this year doing lazy keto (no food tracking and letting some bad carbs sneak their way in).
This month I’m doing a true keto reboot and going back to logging EVERYTHING to help avoid all those sneaky carbs that have been slowing my progress.
