My only day off this week so I enjoyed 10 full hours of sleep, spent a couple of hours reading and caught up on a few things around the house.1 -

Awesome bike ride today with a friend. I wish I could share the beautiful views from today with all of you.
I put my phone down on Friday and Saturday. It felt nice to check out for a minute (or two days!). Even though I didn’t track those days I feel good about what I ate, my activity level, and the sleep I got. I focused less on inputting/counting calories and the minutes I excercised to focus more on eating responsibly (enough to feel energized and fueled) and being active in general. With No TV, no phone, I found myself dancing in the kitchen, running up the stairs, chasing my dogs around, raking leaves, riding bikes, stretching out on the floor and paddling a canoe! Good times all around5 -

@WA_Teacher I haven't read the Red Shirts, but I have read the Old Man's war series and the Androids dream. I found that his books are hit or miss ranging from really good to don't do drugs kids! I'll have to pick up the Red Shirts since that is a stand alone and I don't have to get into another series. I'm tired of waiting for new series books to come out....gonna start just reading dead authors.1

@empire5 It is always important to have 1 or 2 of those days during the month to catch up on sleep and random household chores.
@surflivelove You had the best days of all! I'm gonna take a couple of those kind of days too whenever I get over this crud.

@benbowers doing great! I still haven't gotten to the store to return my scales either. I haven't a clue what my weight is going to be after 3 weeks of weighing at the 911 center. I'm still going to have to weight there tomorrow too if I am well enough to go back in.1 -

Calories:over-that is what I get for the 1st day being able to eat and taste and then my mom coming down and wanting to go to the Chinese buffet.....and then ice cream...at least not eating at all yesterday kinda mitigates this, but now my tummy hurts
