    @WA_Teacher I haven't read the Red Shirts, but I have read the Old Man's war series and the Androids dream. I found that his books are hit or miss ranging from really good to don't do drugs kids! I'll have to pick up the Red Shirts since that is a stand alone and I don't have to get into another series. I'm tired of waiting for new series books to come out....gonna start just reading dead authors.

    @empire5 It is always important to have 1 or 2 of those days during the month to catch up on sleep and random household chores.
    @surflivelove You had the best days of all! I'm gonna take a couple of those kind of days too whenever I get over this crud.
    @starshine15 & @dheliason no worries as long as you know where it went wrong it will be fine!
    @benbowers doing great! I still haven't gotten to the store to return my scales either. I haven't a clue what my weight is going to be after 3 weeks of weighing at the 911 center. I'm still going to have to weight there tomorrow too if I am well enough to go back in.

    Calories:over-that is what I get for the 1st day being able to eat and taste and then my mom coming down and wanting to go to the Chinese buffet.....and then ice cream...at least not eating at all yesterday kinda mitigates this, but now my tummy hurts :/
    Daily goal: convince my family that I am now a "flat earther"....set up plans for a homemade rocket to prove my point. Tomorrow-TO INFINITY AND BEYOND!!!

    Exercise:Yes. 1.5 hour soul line dance class. It works as exercise and a needed stress reliever from a long Monday.
    Felt good about making better choices today and actually paying attention to what I ate BEFORE I devoured it.
