I also want to encourage you to continue logging each day. I assure you that sticking with UAC will help you create the life of your dreams - the habits you create even when going over or not exercising ie pass days - all contribute to embedded habits that you basically don’t have to think about. Just takes a bit to establish them.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run followed by 30 minutes of strength this morning. Was a super active day at work, plus band rehearsal, so I'm ending the day with about 24,000 steps.

Exercise: Yep! Last night was Handball night for my rec league. I am terrible at it, but it's a pretty good workout running back and forth across the court. I am however, seeing improvement in catching the ball with my hands instead of my face.

Exercise.…...again, failed by only 5 minutes. I did get 15 minutes in. Flared up my knee an hour later.

Track everything: Not quit, had one more beer.....which I should have passed on, but didn't get that in my tracking before I completed my diary.
