Hi everyone, I'm finally back from my holiday to tracking and weighing myself. Ate a lot and hardly worked out, thanks to getting married and consequently meeting a lot of family! Trying to get back to my usual routine now but it's super hard
Soooo, as far as I'm aware I'm still in the group (since I didn't get any getting-kicked-off messages yet ) so here's my weigh-in for yesterday:
152.2 lb (69.2 kg).
Don't know my starting weight because I didn't weigh since the last week of January.
Will start with the daily posts from today.
Only skimmed through some of the last messages, but good to see you better @mram3582.2 -

Calories: over by 350. My hubby surprised me after dinner with some wings that were delicious and I ate 6 of them with no regrets.
Exercise: no, I needed a gym rest day and feel so much better.
Goal: At work I was put on a new team and everyone sits close so unfortunately it has been a lot harder to reach my step goal.so my goal is to go to the break room that is farther away.2 -
I was discouraged after my weigh-in weight gain yesterday, so I decided to look at my measurements because I knew I'd lost inches, but not sure how much. I've lost 6 inches since October 2018! Yay! Sometimes you just have to look at weight loss with a different perspective. I feel better now!11

I still haven't had a chance to take back my scale and get a new one. It will probably happen in the next day or two since I am feeling a little better now.

I thought for sure I posted my weigh-in last week for 2/4/19, but I can't find it on this thread. So here it is (again?):
User = evangsimmons170
Week = 1
Weigh-in Day = Monday (2/4/19)
Previous Weight = 347.2 (as of 1/28/19)
Current Weight = 342.2
Great drop!💪0 -

So happy with myself this week. Pushed myself to go to the gym and haven’t eaten bread in 3 days. Now all I need is the weather to warm up and stay warm.7 -
Just trying to "stay the course". When you work in an office environment, there's always someone bringing in something for the group (and it usually isn't good for you.) I've been doing good so far. I've stayed away from cookies, donuts, brownies ....you get the picture. I know it will all be worth it in the end.4
