Just trying to "stay the course". When you work in an office environment, there's always someone bringing in something for the group (and it usually isn't good for you.) I've been doing good so far. I've stayed away from cookies, donuts, brownies ....you get the picture. I know it will all be worth it in the end.
I feel your pain because it's the same my school. Kudos to you for being able to resist temptation.👍2 -

What I appreciate most about this activity I’ve signed up for (big looser!!) is that it’s really testing ME. I’m showing up. Even when unprepared or when I haven’t done what said I would do, or when I haven’t met my goals.... or when I don’t like it in general. When my cynical side shines. When it’s all lame. I’m still showing up through my “failures” I guess. After a a few days of regression ... after Today and last weekend wasn’t easy to show back up... I could have easily dropped out, disappeared. This is work. This is work. This is work. No pain no gain I suppose.7 -

@rekvar12 It is always SO hard to come back after a holiday. Are you still going over every single day? Do you know why you are overeating? Late in the day, snacking, bored?
