I agree that temperate grayness is not entirely unappealing, although Arizona desert would be even better (even without an awesome Lynx!). In February it’s just another cold day here. 🥶 👙. One upside is the pretty sunrise over the frozen shore of Lake Michigan.

Good on calories and tracking
No real exercise. My step and strength classes were canceled this morning and I used that time to get housework done instead of working out.
Trying not to feel guilty because I have 3 hours before bedtime so I could totally get a workout in but I just don’t want to!

Excercise: Yes. Was my rest day, but did house cleaning. Was able to pick up about 50 minutes of exercise aside from walking.
