Good on calories and tracking
No real exercise. My step and strength classes were canceled this morning and I used that time to get housework done instead of working out.
Trying not to feel guilty because I have 3 hours before bedtime so I could totally get a workout in but I just don’t want to!
I sure understand not wanting to get a workout in, but you did get housework done instead of not doing anything.3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run followed by 30 minutes of strength (abs and back) this morning.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep and under!

Excercise: Yes. Was my rest day, but did house cleaning. Was able to pick up about 50 minutes of exercise aside from walking.

I know that I’ll be doing lots of walking, hiking, and sightseeing. I plan to keep tracking what I eat, but I’m sure that I will be eating at maintenance or higher on most days.5 -

Exercise: Yes! I'm house sitting for my parents right now and they have a stationary bike and cable tv (Neither of which I usually have access to). I did 90 minutes on the bike while watching My 600lb Life. Talk about motivation.

Exercise! Heh! I got a raft of PRs this morning. Weather was suboptimal. I didn't feel like doing my usual hill repeat regimen. Nobody in the parking lot. Nobody on the trail. I will do the 10k loop if there ain't no trail runners around. So I crank a satisfying crank. I love this.
Weather. Heh, don't let me whine about the weather. It was 47 degrees.
Bobcat pictures - I see bobcats sometimes. Ain't no way I get a picture of them unless I got a Gopro pasted to my forehead. November I seen a bobcat that might have been a 40 pounds. He wasn't hanging around for pictures though.
