    I sure understand not wanting to get a workout in, but you did get housework done instead of not doing anything.

    Tomorrow is a pass day for me and also my 3rd pass for the month. The next day we start a two week vacation on Kauai, so...
    I know that I’ll be doing lots of walking, hiking, and sightseeing. I plan to keep tracking what I eat, but I’m sure that I will be eating at maintenance or higher on most days. :)

    @susiejof Kauai sounds lovely right about now. Enjoy it all...including the exercise. Great places to hike/walk and the weather sure beats western NY!

    Exercise! Heh! I got a raft of PRs this morning. Weather was suboptimal. I didn't feel like doing my usual hill repeat regimen. Nobody in the parking lot. Nobody on the trail. I will do the 10k loop if there ain't no trail runners around. So I crank a satisfying crank. I love this.
    Weather. Heh, don't let me whine about the weather. It was 47 degrees.

    Bobcat pictures - I see bobcats sometimes. Ain't no way I get a picture of them unless I got a Gopro pasted to my forehead. November I seen a bobcat that might have been a 40 pounds. He wasn't hanging around for pictures though.

    Heh! Bears are more photogenic.

    It depends on the type of housework. I think cleaning or cooking is in Cardio exercise database. Check it out.
  • 3x yes today. Some yoga, tracked and stayed within limits. Third day in a row, it’s a recent record for me, I had fallen off the wagon very badly.
    Welcome back to the wagon! So hard to climb back on after falling off. I know.....

    Did I stay within calories? Yes but again with help from the exercise....need to work on that ;)
