@rekvar12 It is always SO hard to come back after a holiday. Are you still going over every single day? Do you know why you are overeating? Late in the day, snacking, bored?

Y'all - getting sleep really makes a difference. This past week was the first that I remembered to prioritize resting and it has meant everything. (It hasn't been my eating and exercise - I wish I'd had more time to exercise.)4 -

@mram3582 : my appetite has gone up, that's mostly it. Plus I brought back a lot of food from home. The plan was to practise eating in moderation, so am working in that now. But I'm playing with fire here. Let's see how things are by the end of the week!

@rekvar12 Yeah, it takes about 3-4 days of eating smaller portions to get back to where you don't feel like you're starving to death. Good primary focus!
Thanks, that is good to know! I'm already starving after having eaten what used to count as a huge lunch that kept me full all day!1 -
