Sadly my dad passed away this afternoon.
It has been a very tough day and my eating has been unhealthy with two trips to McDonald's.
Tomorrow I am back on it! I'll be taking my mum for a walk and then some hill repeat training in the evening.

Exercise: Not reeeaaalllyy.... but I did clean the house for 4 hours. It felt like exercise.
I purged my closet on Saturday and filled 6 - 45 gallon bags of clothes, shoes, purses, belts, hats. You would think I would have nothing left in my closet but it is still full.
I should never, ever, ever, ever, ever go shopping for anything again.

I am happy I maintained for this week. It was a birthday celebration weekend with wine tasting and Italian food.
Love the fact that my gym opened and I don’t have to drive an extra 11 miles out of the way.1 -
