    Thanks for the suggestions.
    I'll work on upping my water intake more. I do watch my potassium and I usually get enough and I stretch everyday a few time. But stretching right before bed is probably a good idea.
    I've actually read that it may be a side effect of a medicine that I take, which would explain why they are becoming a more common occurrence.

    I agree that the 'reflection on goals and dangers" should be repeated. Every month, we always have some changes in team membership so the concept will not get stale.
