Down 1.6 lbs this week. Slow and steady wins the race haha.
Here's a collage of some of the foods I ate this week: I was pretty impressed by my carb/fat/protein ratio in the bulgogi lol. Other meals there include zucchini wrapped cannelloni, haloumi tacos, mash and meatballs (I had slightly more but I couldn't resist eating before the photo lol) and a spaghetti with mint, parsley, asparagus, peas, lemon and ricotta topping (oddly enough the leftovers tasted better cold and without ricotta).

Just two lbs but this is huge for me I’ve had so much trouble getting under 250 since our vacation in November 10-15. I was 247 the day I left and never got under 250 until today. So I still have to lose 2 more lbs to take off the weight I gained in 5 days. 3 months to take weight of from a 5 day vacation! Ugh.8 -
