Hello again and also welcome to anyone looking at this and wondering if this is for you, just give it a try!
You can post your weight here and also in the Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet which Nikki updates.
Feel very welcome to join, we usually post our weigh Sundays and use the 'Keto Monthly Challenge Spreadsheet' also in 'Announcements' to track weight.
We use this thread to encourage each other and to add our weight as well if we want to and generally chat!
It's fun and it's been working and we've lost a shed load of weight between us. It seems to keep us going and even if we go up occasionally (and who doesn't!) we get back to it and continue the journey.

Starting off March on vacation for two weeks, surrounded by Non-keto friends, family and events. I’ll also be away from my Tanita scale and have limited access to MFP. I plan on doing quick check-ins to keep my streak going, but I may be MIA from this forum for the next two weeks. Hopefully, I can keep the damage to a minimum and not break my Tanita scale when I step on it next time.5

I'm new here and looking forward to joining the challenge! I have followed keto before and haven't been disciplined enough to make it a long term lifestyle change. I am looking to change that this time around for good!5

I decided to try a 4 week challenge in CarbManager so with that I am going to work towards a goal of losing 10 lbs in March.

Hi everyone! I have lost 10 pounds since January 1st on Keto, but I am getting a little bored and have hit a plateau. I am joining the March challenge hoping to stick with it and lose another 10! My long term goal is to lose another 15 pounds by May 1st when we go to Mexico for a 2 week vacation...7

I decided to restart keto on 2/15. I previously lost 60 pounds on keto but gained some back over the holidays. I am going to work towards a goal of losing 10 lbs in March.

I’m joining this challenge as I’m 5 weeks in and want continued encouragement. I’m doing Keto and omad. Feel free to add me as a friend. I had a lot of success with Keto before I started struggling with thyroid issues. Now that my thyroid is stable I’m continuing on my journey.6

Just started Keto early January and after the initial 10lbs have floundered a bit on a plateau, jumped up a few lbs, and hoping to trend back down. The goal is to get back to my healthier weight, have more energy, and feel great about being my best self!

Hello Keto Kompadres! I am in need of support, tough love, and maybe a little advice. My very sweet spouse booked a couples retreat for our anniversary the weekend of March 22-24. He's asked that I buy some new clothes (most of my wardrobe is business to business casual) What is appropriate resort wear for a 48 yo, curvy, but heavyset woman? We haven't been out like this since before we were married (19 years ago)! Help!!
I've lost 10 pounds since the beginning of the year, so another 5 before we leave isn't out of the question....

Still no access to a scale; so here are my numbers for starting the month; more at the end:
waist: 46.25
hips: 45.25
thighs: 28
looks to be about 0.5" from both waist & hips (probably why my test pants can be snapped without feeling like i am going to break them. not fully wearable yet; but progress is progress).2 -
Excited for this! Like @Fit2_T, I have a vacation planned near the beginning of August (anniversary), and I would like to be in much better shape by then.

Hi Everyone,
I'm new to Keto, (started last Sunday, 2/24) new to the group and very inspired to get back to feeling good. I lost 40 lbs back in 2015 did a whole30 and just continued eating clean. Felt great and thought I would never go back to old habits. But, ironically, at a time when I was feeling my healthiest, I was diagnosed with Breast cancer. Happy to say I am 3 1/2 years cancer free, but I have gained back that 40lbs + Yep got cancer and didn't even lose weight lol
Looking forward to getting tips and inspiration from the group and this challenge gives me the accountability that I so need.

Hi Everyone -
I'm new to this group, and just past the novice stage with keto and IF. I've been LC since about 8/2017 and somewhere after that I became more keto. Sometime in early 2018 (Feb/March) I started dabbling in IF, after I read Jason Fung's Obesity Code and Jimmy Moores, Keto Clarity. I sometimes do OMAD and sometimes follow a 16:8 and sometimes do 24-36 hour fasts. See the problem?! I'm all over the place. I really need to start tracking my carbs again, too. I got off track some over the holidays and got back on track - - but, I don't feel that I'm as consistent as I was. Or rather, I don't have meals and IF plan as automated and planned as I would like. So, I'm going to use this group as my support system to gain consistency and to get grounded again. And, I want to help and support others that are new to the journey.
