I have been trying to find this in chart form for some time now ... "cause I can never remember the specifics.
Please look it over, and as we move into a new month we should each determine what progress we have made so far - how far we each still have to go .... and whether our MFP profile expectations are still appropriately set to our new, current reality.

Date: February 27
PASS DAY 2
Exercised?: Yes - 30 minutes stretching.
Calories?: No - homemade banana-choc muffins sent me over today. Still under for the week.
Tracked?: Yes - every bite tracked.
I woke up feeling stiff and sore this morning, so the stretching really helped. But then we had guests coming over so i made some muffins and it all went downhill from there! Only my second pass day for the month, so i was probably due for a break anyway. Intending to finish the month strong tomorrow8 -

If you are still here and posting ... you win as well (even if your name isn't on the list). You have STAYED THE COURSE and STAYED ACCOUNTABLE!!
I encourage you to repeat the experience next month if you haven't already signed up, and aim for 1 or 2 fewer pass-days than this month just ending.
You WILL get the hang of it as time goes by, and learn what makes for sustainable lifestyle choices in YOUR unique combination of circumstances.6 -

@BMcC9 is correct, in this group, we do not just aim for 3 Yeses and not more than 3 passes to be in the winner's circle.
There is unwritten circle called "check-in everyday", you do not just want to be in the Winner's circle. This is more about accountability and staying the course.
It is about my health /your health. This is one thing in this life that nobody can do for me or you (us).
Nobody can exercise on my or your behalf.
Nobody can keep track of what I/ you eat, bite, lick, drink, etc on my/your behalf
Nobody can stay within my/your calorie budget on my/your behalf
Please do not give up. Sign-up for next month. I will be here, some of us will still be here either loosing, maintaining or conquering bad habits. Every small step will put you in the right direction.

One more day and I've logged in for two months - every day! So excited about this new habit and the fruit in my life it is bringing!8 -

Exercise? Yes, 30 minutes low impact aerobics along virtual Kodiak Island hiking trail. I was able to keep up with the jogger without getting behind...imagine that .
Calories? Within allowance.
Tracked? Yes
Tomorrow will be an intended pass day (#3 for the month) to re-focus for March. Not intending to over-indulge...but will refrain from tracking and take a rest day for exercise.8 -

Painfully low calories. Meetings pushed through dinner so I scraped the bottom of the peanut butter jar and called it good enough.

My personal report:
Exercise: 20 minutes of cardio intervals
Tracking: good
Calories: under my limit by more than 200 calories.5 -
Maybe because it's almost the last day of the month I was lazy again. Wednesday is my day off, and I had to get my taxes done. Dad didn't sleep well last night because of GERD, so we didn't walk in the mall. I was able to catch up on some things around the house, though. Hopefully, I can get a mall walk in tomorrow.5

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Double workout day -- 3 mile treadmill run in the morning, and then 60 minute strength training (combat, resistance and core) in the afternoon.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and very slightly under -- I needed all my calories today!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
