    Hi Everyone -
    I'm new to this group, and just past the novice stage with keto and IF. I've been LC since about 8/2017 and somewhere after that I became more keto. Sometime in early 2018 (Feb/March) I started dabbling in IF, after I read Jason Fung's Obesity Code and Jimmy Moores, Keto Clarity. I sometimes do OMAD and sometimes follow a 16:8 and sometimes do 24-36 hour fasts. See the problem?! I'm all over the place. I really need to start tracking my carbs again, too. I got off track some over the holidays and got back on track - - but, I don't feel that I'm as consistent as I was. Or rather, I don't have meals and IF plan as automated and planned as I would like. So, I'm going to use this group as my support system to gain consistency and to get grounded again. And, I want to help and support others that are new to the journey.

    SW 2016 - 240lbs
    CW 2/28/19 - 189.8lbs
    GW - 185lbs
    UGW - ?? I really care about my waist size. I understand healthy waist for women is below 30". I'd like to be 29" or so.
    Starting waist 2016 - 43.5"
    CWaist - 38.8" (has been as small as 37.6") seems pretty daunting to get down to 29".

    New to this group. New to using a forum as support.
    Started Keto as part of a program. Now trying to keep the weight loss going independently. I've already seen a slide in my progress. I would like to keep losing (weight not progress).

    On and off, in and out of Ketosis since Nov 2017. One year ago I was 171lbs, then I gradually stopped going to the gym and recorded my food here on MFP less and less till I had gained it all back, plus four pounds. Dusting myself off and getting back on (for the umpteenth time this year alone). End Goal is to lose just under 60 lbs. I may not need to lose that much, but I'd like to see if I can get back to the weight I was before I had kids. I haven't been under 160 for five years and I haven't been under 150 for about twenty years!

    New here - followed Atkins years ago with great success. I have an autoimmune disorder and many foods cause me big problems. The last few years I took the easy route to deal with my food issues and have gained 20 pounds. We eat out a LOT so this is my second challenge. But I have to try something. Hoping this will get me on the right track. Oh, and I have a couple birthday parties in March!
