Pass day. Travelling, long day, poor sleep last night with early wake-up call. This will just be one of those days to not fret about and simply jump back on the program tomorrow.
One of the best things this long into the process (50 pounds down, in maintenance and starting month 8) is that I know that one day will not turn into one week, or one month (or more) of "bad" days and that one day out of the rest of my life is truly inconsequential. Nice to be rid of the old "all or nothing" thought process ... so much less stressful!11 -

Back to my hardcore Saturday after two Saturdays off. It felt so good.
One hour of group training, we did a 12 station circuit, 3 times increasing weight each time with a cardio burn between each machine. Followed by my 60 minute kickboxing class.
Well under on calories with no exercise eat backs.8 -
And I'm taking a pass day no 2 😕
Did all my exercise but went over in cals.. did track the best I could so that's a a win in my book... and now trying to get day 3 into the right cals!9 -

Welcome to everyone new who's joining for March. This is my second month here, and I really enjoy the accountability and the positive, supportive group.
Worked ~4 hours from home today so that I can hopefully have tomorrow off completely. (Also did laundry and grocery shopping to try to get most of the tasks out of the way. If all goes well, tomorrow should be cooking for the week and relaxing.)9 -
I’m struggling with being off track on UAT for exercise this past week because of getting shingles. I’m on Pass Day #2 for March.
I just got the diagnosis yesterday and I’m still in a bit of denial.
I’m in a good deal of discomfort.
Yesterday, I went over my calls - 1800/1400 for first time in UAT at all - even Pass Days. I felt awful about it. I mean - it was a Pass day - but I am trying to stay on track with diet.
I am trying to look at it that my big “slip-up” was 400 calories and what I did with them was make a big bowl of oatmeal at night for comfort food. Yes - I know aI ate out of emotion.
Why can’t I stop kicking myself for it?
Today, I am eating more carb % too - I know I am feeling the want for more carbs, all curled up on the couch, sick. Depressed about getting shingles this young. Worried how long this pain will persist, or complications.
I still made good choices- (ok I spiked my coffee this evening 😊) - again reaching for that bowl of oatmeal on Pass Day 2 is putting me over by a couple hundred on ca;pries.
This morning I weighed and I was up a pound and I jumped off which is ridiculous - I’m sick. On meds. Not up and around. And weight fluctuates.
I just am so scared thatI will not persist on getting to my goal and keeping my new lifestyle for the rest of my life.
To,Oreos - I was thinking of doing 20 min of vaccine omg cleaning for exercise. I have to anyhow. I am not sure how much to push myself to go walk or even to the gym for 20 min I’ll.
Any perspective or advice is welcomed.
