Hi All!
Sorry for my lack of precence. There's been so much travel and interruptions in my life I just haven't had the time to do anything. Don't think I've opened my Personal computer in like 2 weeks.
With all the travels, stress, anxiety, and interruptions to my life, I've fallen off and gained weight I'm almost back at my highest ever (164lbs). Yesterday I weighed in at 159.6lbs. Today was 159.0lbs.
@mulecanter Please record 159.6lbs as my starting weight. I'd like to keep Sunday as weigh-in day.3 -

Fantastic. It just fits under the garage ceiling. Like in my home, husband assembles new gizmo as wife chooses which tea would be good now for latest General Hospital episode. Please do not put your tongue on the weight rack until May.1 -

I got an exercise bike too, and I built that one mainly because the pups were eating the box, hahaha. My husband usually builds the stuff, but after I start, because he was asked to do it days earlier, so then I start it, and him being "The Man" he pushes me out of the way and then does it himself haha. I measured before I bought it to make sure it fit because I knew it would be close. He should be finishing it tomorrow hopefully, when its warmer, its been too cold to do it all.3 -

@angmarie28 seriously jelly here! I've always wanted one of those after using one at therapy. Pays for itself with not having gym membership fees. But alas, it would probably fall through the floor of my house and I don't have a garage or basement. It would definitely fit in the barn, but with no heat out there, I'd never use it in the winter. Enjoy it in good health!1

I managed to cram my old old bench in a shed haha, then my next place i had a spare storage room in the house addition I squeezed my then new one into, now i have a garage until we buy a new place next year hopefully in which the only requirement Ill have is an open basement for my gym. None of the places I have set up my gym equipment have had heat, I just layer up, unless its below 0, then ill do p90x or something in the house. you make it work. But with a full time job and 4 kids, Id rather have the convenience of having a gym at home than having to find time to go to one. We do have a gym at work, but that is used most days when I can use it by weight lifting class, so I can use that once a week or come later at night, but this thing I bought is far better than anything in that gym. only thing it has mine doesnt that i wish it did is a leg press, but I can do without.0 -
