Sorry for my lack of precence. There's been so much travel and interruptions in my life I just haven't had the time to do anything. Don't think I've opened my Personal computer in like 2 weeks.
With all the travels, stress, anxiety, and interruptions to my life, I've fallen off and gained weight I'm almost back at my highest ever (164lbs). Yesterday I weighed in at 159.6lbs. Today was 159.0lbs.
@mulecanter Please record 159.6lbs as my starting weight. I'd like to keep Sunday as weigh-in day.
ok, added to Sunday, I have you starting at 159.6 and Week 1 as 159.6 (net zero). Right?
Correct, thank you!0 -

Hey steppers, a question. What's your high water mark on steps (number) and what did you do that day to rack up that number of steps? Fitbit-free folks want to know.0

I don't know, should I post this to the breakfast recipe challenge? Omelette Au Poisson1 -

I have high steps this week because I am doing a Workweek Hustle through Fitbit and my competition is really pushing me. I am competitive, so I respond to challenges. I get my steps in various ways..walking around my office building, treadmill, dancing, mall walking, volleyball, badminton and tennis. I have an office job and sit a lot, so it is challenging fitting those steps in wherever I can.3 -

In May last year, me and my husband walked the Loch Eck loop. It's about 21 miles in total so we decided to walk half of it, camp overnight and do the second half the next day.
This is the map of it. (Approx 10.5 miles each side)
We got lost up the hill and ended up on a "slight" detour!
This is the result for day 1.. (I only expected to get in the 20,000's each side, so I'm glad we got lost!)
I am NOT ashamed to say that at the end of the walk I was a few hundred steps short of a
earning a new Fitbit badge, so I ran around the woods on my bleeding stumps till I got there!
I had to get that badge!3 -

The highest I ever got was about 57,000 steps. That day I completed my 2nd marathon AND did a 1 mile suicide prevention walk (was suppose to be 3 miles, but my legs were done, haha) other than that I get about 6-7,000 steps at work, then 3,000 doing 2 miles on a treadmill. when weight lifting a lot of times I will run in place between steps to keep my muscles warm, or just to star warm as its freezing out there.
I went and looked at my highest steps since the challenge started, it was 18,356. I most likely worked that day, ran on the treadmill a few miles, and quite possible went shopping as I rack up quite a few steps while grocery shopping.1
