I wasn’t perfect this week but waaaay better than the last few weeks. No wine, no super bad overeating, plenty of exercise and most days under goal. Feel like I’ve reminded myself, I know how to do this and it doesn’t have to be 100% perfection or crazy low calories - just eating good clean food to fuel my body and finding ways to burn that fuel a little extra every day.5 -
