That's a tall request to fill. My weight has been all over the place lately and unfortunately it seems to keep trending up. We'll see how this week goes.2 -

Did leg day yesterday, im sore from that. Not sure if ill work out tonight or not, Id like to but I was in the ER with my step dad last night because he was having bad chest pain an struggling to breath, and being his history of heart issues and COPD, we decided to take him in. they didnt admit him, just gave him some meds to make him feel better and a follow up today with his doctor. So I didnt get to bed until after 3am, and was up at 6am for work. So with that, theres a good chance ill be too tired to hit the gym tonight, but we'll see.5 -
