    This is hopefully the last of the stupid steroid gain as I'm on my last few days of it. It has made me eat, eat, eat! So I will win no prizes for any loss this month as I had an almost 2 lb gain, but the good thing is, a new month is coming with a whole new load of opportunities.

    lord why did i stay up so late last night, I am so tired :s I did not get a chance to workout yesterday :( but I will tonight before I leave work. Then if I have time I will do upper body after work as well

    Sadly my grandfather passed away & I will be going to Jamaica to pay my respects next week. So I will be away for a while.
