I’m feeling poorly an my dr sent me over to ED pain/nausea. Entering this from packed waiting room.

45 minute cardio sculpt class, I was laying in bed dreaming about exercising when I startled myself awake in a panic because I hadn’t set my alarm, still made it to my 6:30 class. Fun to be at a different YMCA, was feeling pretty good about crushing it in an unfamiliar class when I wiped out on a stability ball, yep dead center in the front row. “All good!!!” And I was right back up crushing it. The old me would have been so embarrassed, fit workout beast me just laughed and kept pumping🏋️♂️
No exercise eat backs. Got home from my conference feeling great that I ate really healthy and even though one day was a no exercise pass, I made sure today wasn’t.
Oh and I’m super inspired for the coming season of the farmers market and beyond. Amazing to be surrounded by so many motivating people.7 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile treadmill run in the morning. Couldn't get my second workout in this afternoon as my allergies are killing me.

Exercise? Yes, 15 minutes on the elliptic the later 15 minutes outside.
Why?? Why did I think it was a nice day to walk outside?? Kudos to those of you who do this regularly.
Calories? Yes. About 70 under without exercise 200 over with exercise. Either way, I was happy with 5 week projection.

I do sometimes subscribe to the channels to make them easier to find. Also, if you subscribe, you can receive alerts when a new video is posted to their YouTube channel. I don't do any paid subscriptions, though.2 -

Significantly under calories today, which is super rare. did two workouts...my boot camp and a swim at lunch. I'm already in pain but it's feeling great to move my body again.4 -
