I'm really proud of myself for getting back on track with exercising and logging. I'm doing a fast of all foods for Lent season, but I'm allowed to drink things. However, I changed it to be more like IF, where I'll fast all day with only liquids and then eat at dinnertime. So far so good. Hoping to be at 145 by April 1.1 -
SW: 70.4 kg/155.2 lbs (November 2018)
GW: 55 kg/~121 lbs
LW: 65.1 kg/143.5 lbs
TW: 64.9 kg/143.1 lbs (-0.2 kg/-0.4 lbs)
Overall Loss: 5.5 kg/12.1 lbs
Another week with small loss. Still better than nothing!1 -
I anticipate my Sunday weight being up because I decided not to fast on Saturday. I don't know what will happen............,ALSO im confused as to what all the initials mean. I thought IS meant low weight.0
