Does anyone here belong to a fasting group here on MFP? I can't seem to find one, and it seems like a common enough practice that it probably has a group (or a few!), but I am apparently too MFP challenged to find it. 
FWIW, I only found this and the keto group from links up on the main boards in response to someone's q's re: keto.....

Yeah, if you go to Groups (in the blue bar at the top of the page)_ there is a search box after you click "Groups" so you can search for any special interest things in Groups that way.
